1. Introduction and Acceptance

This section sets forth the binding conditions between RPG4 Online (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “RPG4 Online”) and You (the Player or “User”).

These Terms and Conditions apply to your access and use of the RPG4 Online game, the official website, community forums, related mobile applications, and all services (collectively referred to as the “Services”) provided by the organization.

1.2. Acceptance and Legal Binding

By accessing, installing, or using the Services, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any terms, please do not access or use the Services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

RPG4 Online owns all copyrights, trademarks, source code, graphics, sounds, character names, storylines, and all Virtual Assets within the game.

RPG4 Online only grants the player a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services and virtual assets for personal entertainment purposes.

Any act of copying, simulating, redistributing, selling, or transferring any part of the game or virtual assets is strictly prohibited.

3. Code of Conduct

Prohibited Conduct:

3.1. Cheating: Using third-party software, exploiting bugs, or any form of cheating for personal gain.

3.2. Attitude: Using aggressive language, harassment, discrimination, or transmitting obscene/violent content.

3.3. Technical Attack: Attempting unauthorized access to the game’s source code.

4. Virtual Assets

Virtual items and virtual currency have no monetary value outside the game and constitute a licensed right to use, not proprietary ownership.

All purchase transactions are final and non-refundable.

We affirm that virtual items may have their stats modified or be deleted due to technical errors, and RPG4 Online is not responsible for compensating their real-world monetary value.

5. Account Termination

Termination by RPG4 Online: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the player’s account at any time if they violate the T&C (especially the code of conduct).

Termination by the Player: You have the right to request the deletion or closure of your account.

Consequence: We confirm that upon termination, any remaining virtual assets may be deleted and will not be refunded.

6. Disclaimer and Governing Law

Disclaimer: RPG4 Online disclaims liability for technical errors, service interruptions, or the actions of other players.

Governing Law: The above provisions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with International Law and Local Law.
